Faust-Rosati Associates (FRA) is a management consulting firm that partners with corporate management to grow revenues and profits.  We are experienced in turnaround management, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, restructuring, financing, new product development and building new marketing models to reach new markets and new customers.  The firm partners have extensive experience in managing both large corporations and entrepreneurial small and middle market firms.

Industry experience includes military and aerospace, manufacturing, IT, service organizations such as advertising agencies and software companies, educational institutions, large-scale real estate development and hotel and resort facilities and financial services and banks.  We work on both short-term projects and long-term program assignments.
